With summer approaching, we're slowly delving into wedding season. Whether you're the bride, bridesmaid or maid of honor, our go-to recommended style will always be classic, effortless beach waves. Since our founder is from the sunny island of Malta, beach waves have become a staple look for any event as they can transform any casual outfit into a finished, sleek, and chic look.
What you'll need:
- A Stellari paddle brush
- Some hair oil (our go-to is Olaplex no.7 bonding oil)
- Some hair clips
- A hair straightener
Step 1: Brush your hair with a Stellari paddle brush. We're using Divina here
Step 2: Add some hair oil (we recommend Olaplex no.7 bonding oil)
Step 3: Section off your hair into small strands with some hair clips. Each section of hair should be between 2 to 5 inches (1.3 to 5.1 cm)
Step 4: Grab your hair straightener and turn it in the opposite direction of your face and twirl through the strand of hair slowly going downwards
Step 5: Continue curling the rest of the strands until you've taken out all your hair clips
Step 6: Once the waves have cooled, lightly brush through your curls to create loose waves
