We hope you love your Stellari purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in a saleable condition — unopened, with original packaging and hygiene seals intact.
- We’re unable to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement for items that have been worn, damaged, or purchased on sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs charges incurred.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
- To avoid damage during transit, please package your item carefully. Stellari is not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost on their way back to us.
- Please note: Shipping fees for all orders are non-refundable
- Custom orders and personalised purchases are not eligible for return or exchange

Wig Returns & Restyling Fee
To ensure every Stellari wig meets our quality standards, a €11.99 restyling fee applies to all wig returns that will be deducted from your refund.
Each returned wig is carefully washed, restyled, and perfected by hand in our Malta studio before it can be made available again. This process allows us to guarantee that every piece arriving with a new client is in immaculate condition.
As a small, independent business, this fee helps us continue offering the level of care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that defines Stellari.
