Shipping & Returns

Every order is lovingly prepared and shipped from our Stellari studio in Malta.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed Monday through Friday within 3 business days. That said, certain items—especially our wigs—require a little more time and care.

During major sales, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be longer than our standard estimate due to high order volume. Please allow additional time for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Wig Orders:

Wigs are made and styled by hand to ensure you receive a piece that’s as beautiful as it is wearable. Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch, especially during busy periods.

Other Products:

Brushes, accessories, and glues are typically processed and shipped within 3 working days unless stated otherwise. Any exceptions or extended processing times will be clearly mentioned on the product or cart page.

Need to make a change?

If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us at support@stellarihair.com within 12 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes before your order is packed and shipped.

Applies to all non-EU destinations, including North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Oceania, and Australia.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse
  • Shipping rates are calculated per order and displayed at checkout.
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities.
EUROPE

For all orders placed within the EU, prices shown onsite include the local VAT rate.

Orders will be delivered duty paid (DDP) and there will be no customs fees for you to pay.

REST OF THE WORLD (INTERNATIONAL)

If you’re ordering from outside the EU, your package may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid before delivery can take place.

Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.

Please note that Stellari By Stella Cini is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.

We hope you love your Stellari purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in a saleable conditionunopened, with original packaging and hygiene seals intact.
  • We’re unable to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement for items that have been worn, damaged, or purchased on sale.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs charges incurred.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
  • To avoid damage during transit, please package your item carefully. Stellari is not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost on their way back to us.
  • Please note: Shipping fees for all orders are non-refundable
  • Custom orders and personalised purchases are not eligible for return or exchange

Wig Returns & Restyling Fee

To ensure every Stellari wig meets our quality standards, a €11.99 restyling fee applies to all wig returns.

Each returned wig is carefully washed, restyled, and perfected by hand in our Malta studio before it can be made available again. This process allows us to guarantee that every piece arriving with a new client is in immaculate condition.

As a small, independent business, this fee helps us continue offering the level of care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that defines Stellari.
